1979 Sigma DM18 Guitar with Blue Martin Case Solid Spruce Top MIJ Made in Japan

  

One of the early Japanese models so very high quality build and top tier woods. Action is nice and very easy to play. The neck looks to have been reset and a quality job. The neck joint is tight and solid. The action can afford to be lifted or the truss rod adjusted.

There is some buzzing here and there. Perhaps due to the time of year. It may correct itself with more humidity. There is a lacquer mark on the heal but the heal is very solid, neck is straight. I've had this guitar for many years and it continues to play easily and sound tremendous.

There's a bit of hazing in the lacquer on the back as seen in the photos. There is also some lacquer checking on the back that doesn't show up in the photos.
