1999 CF Martin USA-made HD28 LR Baggs Element and K&K p/ups plus Martin case

  

OFFERED is my great sounding 1999 CF Martin HD28 (Ser No 680161). This has been my workhorse acoustic guitar and used for both stage and recording work - there are some dings (nothing structural) on the top and I have included a picture but they are hard to capture on camera. This has been used but not abused and the action is set to Martin's recommended height to allow the most comfortable playing without any fret buzz. It is currently strung with Martin Eric Clapton Signature phosphor bronze 12-54 gauge strings.

Everything is in perfect working order - that includes the machine-heads/tuners and electrics. This HD28 (it has a sitka spruce top, scalloped bracing, rosewood back and sides, and a mahogany neck with ebony fretboard) plays beautifully and has a warm mature tone as you would expect in a guitar that is 20 years old. There is, of course, some fretwear but nothing requiring refretting. It comes with its original Martin "molded" case which has had some fibreglass repairs where the "feet" were damaged but fully working hinges and latches and the case key is also supplied - plus the Martin handbook, which was never filled in.
