Generally really nice condition - there are a few little dings and dents, a little damage around the soundhole, and you can just about see where a previous owner had put a sticker! All superficial stuff and probably less than you'd expect after a few years playing. Sounds very good acoustically and plugged in - really warm and resonant. Comes with a high quality Takamine hard case - again, this has a couple of dings - and has the keys and a Takamine sticker.
