Vintage 70s Aria 9440 Everly Brothers J200 Copy Acoustic Guitar Made in Japan

  

Aria 70s Japan 9440 Jumbo J200 Everly Brothers Copy. These were the copy models with the matching headstock of the original. Made in the Matsumoku factory in Japan. This guitar sounds huge and has new strings on it.

There are some finish cracks and as you can see below the bridge. Someone must have had a sticker at one time creating a different shade. The truss rod adjustment hole is rounded out and i could not find a wrench to turn it. Also the truss rod cover is missing.

On a positive note the neck is pretty straight and the action is decent... Not a really low action but medium. These nuts can be extracted and replaced and a spacer can be use to adjust if the nut is too tight. I have no way of knowing if the truss rod is damaged but as you can see in pic..

The binding on the back bottom has been glued back at one point. A few dings here and there and finish cracks but overall a good looking guitar. No case but will be wrapped and packed very well with strings loosened.
