Vintage Alvarez Model 5021 12-String Acoustic Guitar in the photos is what you would be purchasing. It is a well made model that was crafted in Japan.

There are no major issues with it but it does show some signs of wear. The back of the guitar has some buckle marks as seen in the photos. The label from the inside has fallen out but is still in the case.

It is due for a restring and probably needs a set up even though the action seems fine. We do accept offers for items we list, however we are not always able to respond right away.
