This is a moderately rare USA made flat top designed by Sam Koontz for the Harptone Company of Newark, NJ. It features an arched mahogany back and a solid spruce top. Brazilian rosewood fingerboard and bridge. There is a crack on the sound hole at the edge of the neck.. The guitar is very nice.
