The only thing I can see is binding coming loose on the back which is (picture #12) not very bad just needs glue. Also a few chips and scratches which the biggest one is on the neck pictured. Some light scratches on back. Overall very nice players guitar. Modeled after the Taylor guitars of the 1970's this was made in Japan and you can go to YouTube and hear a few demos of people playing this model. It sounds very rich with a folksy tone.
