Dark Sunburst finish over a very nice Spruce Top, quite grainey striped Mahogany back & sides, nice feeling mahogany neck, pretty rosewood fingerboard & bridge, cool large original tortoisegard, added Shaller tuners, quite a good sounding guitar, we have never seen another one of these before, made only between 1969 & 1971, this is such a rare Flat Top designated a model 6009 that its not even listed in most any books on Gretsch, a very interesting alternative to a J-45, its excellent overall & comes w/a recent hard case.
