Elite was a Japanese-only series of acoustics made by Takamine in the 1970's. This is a really cool little F-170 model, putting it at the higher end of the range and is seemingly based off the design of a concert sized Martin (dimensions are very similar to an 0). Good overall condition and is playing well with new strings. A few dings here and there but the bridge and neck are both secure with no visible signs of lifting.
