Up for sale is a beautiful sounding and looking vintage Takamine classical guitar made in Japan in the 1980s in good condition. This is the all-solid wood model featuring solid cedar top and Indian rosewood back and side. Please note the older Takamine C-132 guitars are different from the newer 1990s counterparts which were largely made outside Japan. The older one usually has Ramirez headstock. Soundwise, this guitars has a good volume and very nice tone. The bass is very deep and sustaining, while the trebles are clear and projecting well. This guitar looks like it has been well played with some nail marks but still in very good condition. It has an electric plugin at the bottom installed by the previous player.

I didn't test it if the plugin still works or not. Also there is a heel block pin installed for shoulder strap. This guitar has been checked by a local luthier.

There is no structural damage and repairs, no cracks and no binding separation... All the marks and scratches are very superficial. Nothing going deep into the wood.

Those issues are so small and I will provide the close-up photos upon request. The string heights were set up very low at the previous player's preference. For professional player, another bone saddle may be recommended for higher action, depending what type of strings will be installed.

Tuner set: original gold plated tuner (made in Japan). Soundboard bracing pattern: traditional Spanish 7-fans (Ramirez). Nut/saddle: bone with 52 mm nut width.

String height at 12th fret: 3/32" at low E and 2/32" high E as shown on the photo. The bone saddle has a very good string angle (see the photo). In fact, it needs to be higher for better volume. Sounds like D'Addarrio normal tension. Case: vintage Japanese hard case or new plywood hard case at additional cost. Any low ball offer will be declined or ignored.
