I used this pedal powered by 6 x AA Batteries which I find easier cause there are no extra leads getting in the way. This pedal runs with a 9v power supply or the batteries.

The carry box shown in the pictures, I made myself, its made to fit the ME-80 plus an accessory compartment, its strong and very handy. Here are the key specifications for the Boss ME-80 multi-effects pedal.
