Hand Crafted Acoustic Guitar Luthier Made c. 2000 by Fine Tuning Instruments

I bought this guitar second hand from the maker / luthier approximately 20 years ago at a craft fair in Oxford. He was a specialist in making early string instruments (medieval and baroque period), however this was one of several guitars he had made for himself to play over the years which he had subsequently decided to sell. I cannot remember the luthier's name but recall that his workshop was in Yorkshire and was called'Fine Tuning' (see photos of the interior label). I would classify this guitar as a'Jumbo'... Although of course it is bespoke; its approximate body dimensions are as follows. The guitar has some scrapes and bruises (see photos and further comments under'condition') as one might expect of a played guitar over 20 years old. I have played it myself over the years; I like the warm tone and, as a player almost exclusively of electric guitars, also very much enjoy the low action!

Which allows for barre chord playing right up the neck. My list price is approximately what I recall paying for it second hand c. Which strikes me as a reasonable price for a (possibly unique) luthier made instrument with bags of character.

Whilst this is wired for electro-acoustic use, I have checked and the electrics do not work. This was not important to me as I never used this functionality... But can't be certain.
