1970s Kay KDG-812 12 String Acoustic Guitar. Spruce top with'K' logo black pickguard. Rosewood sides with very beautiful 3-piece back with Rosewood on the sides and Maple in the middle. Mahogany neck topped with a Rosewood board with nice mother of pearl? All original with no splits, breaks, mods, or repairs.
