There's some very tasteful and elegant wood binding on the soundhole rosette and top and back of the body and the headstock has a rosewood veneer. The'Custom' designation of this guitar refers to the neck profile, it is both a little narrower and slimmer than standard making it feel a little'faster', it's a neck that perhaps wouldn't feel out of place on an electric. Yet the string spacing is by no means cramped with a nut width of 43.5mm and string spacing at the bridge 54mm. There are a number of surface marks indicative of general play wear as you will see on the pictures, this is all purely cosmetic, as you will also see the finish is very thin. It has just come back from the Lowden factory where it has received a fret dress and setup for the new owner, it is playing as well as it did when it came out of their workshop 30 years ago!
