Not much known of the origin or manufacture of this item which looks to be hand made to a high standard. This pedal has 5 knobs marked Treble, Drive, Bass and 2 X Volume.

Along with a central switch marked booster B. There is also two stomp switches. As for the physical and cosmetic condition this pedal is in very good condition and good working order with no pops or crackling when used. Although the chassis has some marking on the top and on the chassis along with some rust around the stomp nuts and as such I'd rate it as 7.5/10 overall.

In addition, one of the rubber feet is missing on the bottom. Works using a 9v battery or power supply (neither supplied) Signed internally, numbered and dated 02/2012.
