Vintage Eko Parlor Guitar Project Made In Italy Model P 8

  
Project parlor guitar comes complete, but needs work. There are loose braces, sharp fret ends need to be filed and the tuning gears need to be oiled. I believe this to be the extent of work, but this is not guaranteed. There are several finish cracks, they appear to be in the finish only, I do not believe these cracks extend into the wood. The guitar has cosmetic flaws, but seem to be what would be appropriate for the age of this guitar. Please review pictures for detail.
