Vox Teardrop Bill Wyman Bass Guitar, Original Made in England 1960s
The Wyman bass was a semi-acoustic teardrop Vox bass, named after Bill Wyman of the Rolling Stones, manufactured in England in the 1960s. There's loads of information about the model online, history, manufacture etc if you Google Vox Wyman Bass, also a YouTube video of one being played at Norman's Rare Guitars, Guitar of the Day, 1968 Vox Bill Wyman. I bought this one in the early 1970s but gave up playing shortly afterwards, it has been in the loft ever since. It has the original serial number on the back of the body, and a'Made in England' mark on the back of the headstock.
There are volume and tone control knobs and a toggle switch I forget what this is for... In very good condition, complete with hard case, it's time it was given a new lease of life!
